Shipping Policy   

Unless specifically requested by you, The retail orders are shipped primarily through ground mail Services.

Free shipping available only for United Kingdom(Mainland)

International shipping is not free. The shipping cost can be calculated after receiving your estimated order. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping methods as long as they are more profitable. Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days after shipping and payment transfer. However, most orders ship the next day Subject to availability.

Provide an address where someone can sign the package or instructions to leave it safe if you are away.

Bulk / container orders are shipped using ground services, whichever is most cost effective from Valencia, Spain or the factory in Pakistan.

Out of Stock Items:
If part of your order is out of stock, we will deliver the available items to you and ship the remaining items to you as soon as possible, free of shipping charges.

We will keep you informed of any products you have ordered that are out of stock and not available for immediate shipment. You can cancel your order at any time before shipment.

If the required product is out of stock, the money will be refunded or you can request another product equal to the amount you are paid.

SHIPPING DELIVERY:
As soon as we receive your order and ship next day. Our delivery time can vary from 1 day to 10 days and in remote or flood affected areas it can be a little longer. Most of our orders arrive within 3 business days of shipment (UK Mainland). If a product is not available, we will notify you of any delays. We generally ship all of our orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week. We do not ship orders on weekends under any circumstances. You will receive a shipping notification email from us the day your order ships.

Note: If your product has not arrived within 10 days, please email our customer service team and we will track the status of your order.

Return Policy:
All retail products, with the exception of personal care items, come with an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us by phone or email (details in the contact option) within 14 days of receiving your purchase, and we will provide you with an RMA number. Please note that unless your products are defective, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products you have purchased, we have a money back guarantee on all purchases, within 14 days of receiving the order (excluding all shipping and handling charges). The Himalayan Organic money-back guarantee is based on the buyer’s compliance with the following conditions:

You must notify us within 14 days of your order delivery of your dissatisfaction and provide us with your order details.

  • Products returned to Himalayan Organic must be in their original condition with packaging.
  • When we receive notification of the refund request and the above conditions are met, Himalayan Organic will contact you to arrange the return of the products. Himalayan Organic will only reimburse return shipping costs if the item is defective in any way. The limit of our liability for shipping extends to the cost of shipping you paid to have the item delivered to you in the first instance.
  • Himalayan Organic reserves the right to refund the price of the product, provide you with a credit for future purchases, or send a replacement product as we deem more appropriate to the circumstances of the return.
  • If Himalayan Organic reasonably believes that a buyer is abusing our Money Back Guarantee, Himalayan Orgainc reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Refund and Exchange Policy / Money Back Guarantee in relation to that buyer or cancel any pending orders.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES:
  Himalayan Organic is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If the address is incorrect and delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is refused or cannot be completed, then the order will be returned to our distribution center and additional handling costs plus freight charges will apply to a reship request. To avoid these costs, we recommend that you check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct and complete.

CHANGES TO LISTED PRODUCTS
We may recall and / or re-offer any item listed for sale on the Himalayan Organic website if the item:

  • Not available; is withdrawn by the manufacturer or supplier; or
  • Was incorrectly described or listed.

Damage:
If a shipment is damaged in transit, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the carrier to confirm the damage. It is advisable to check the boxes while the carrier’s driver is present, during delivery; It only takes a minute to see if there were any breaks. In all damage claims, it is essential that the original shipping boxes that the items came in are kept, as the carrier is required to see the original box the order was shipped in.

Have the driver record the break / damage. Once the damage is noticed by the carrier, the buyer must contact Himalayan Organic within 48 hours by email and report the loss. Himalayan Organic will replace the same item or a credit in the amount of your purchase price less the shipping cost once the carrier confirms that the goods were damaged.

We will not be responsible for the claim if the box is discarded. Claims for damages must be made within 5 business days of receipt.

Returns are not allowed in:

– Items shipped internationally

-Customized or custom-designed merchandise

-Worn or used items

– Merchandise without a return authorization number

-Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee.
